Products
Pantics Archive offers art prints, original artworks, and occasional custom commissions.
Please note that colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, or printing variations.
Unless otherwise stated, frames are not included.
Some products are made-to-order and may therefore show small variations between editions or print runs.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Pantics Archive reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional situations, such as pricing errors, payment issues, unavailable products, or suspected fraud.
Payment
Payments are securely processed through Squarespace and its integrated payment providers.
Available payment methods may include:

Apple Pay
Google Pay
additional payment methods offered during checkout
Pantics Archive does not store full payment card information.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Germany.
At the moment, shipping is available within Europe and Switzerland only.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs can be found in the Shipping & Returns section of this website.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Returns & right of withdrawal
Customers may return eligible items within 14 days after receiving their order.
Returned items must be unused and sent back safely in suitable packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Custom-made commissions, personalised works, or specially customised items may not be eligible for return or cancellation.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Shipping costs, customs fees, taxes, or additional charges may not be refundable unless legally required.

Purchasing a print or artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Content from this website may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its security, or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
Liability
Pantics Archive is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by shipping providers, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
