Order confirmation
After your payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Shipping confirmation
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including the carrier and tracking details for your parcel.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Return
You may return your order within 14 days after receiving it.Returned items should be unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging whenever possible. Please make sure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
How to return an item
1. Contact us first
Please send an email to panticsarchive@gmail.com with the subject line:“Return Order #[your order number]”In your email, please include your order number and the name of the item you would like to return.
2. Receive return instructions
Once we receive your return request, we will send you the return address and further return instructions by email.
3. Pack the item carefully
Place the item securely in its original packaging or another sturdy package suitable for shipping.
4. Send the return
Attach the return label to your parcel and send it back within 14 days after notifying us of your return.
5. Refund processing

How much does it cost to return a product?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
You may choose any suitable postage option, as long as the item is packed securely and shipped safely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.
Please note that Pantics Archive is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has arrived and has been checked, we aim to process your refund within 10 working days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order, such as credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank account.
Please note that additional duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges related to the order or return shipment cannot be refunded by Pantics Archive.
